In general, the Pound has made gains against a basket of major currencies in early morning trading today, which may suggest that there is a little bit of confidence creeping back into investors when dealing with Sterling - but how long will this last?
With unemployment levels rising on a daily basis, major companies going into administration and house prices also falling alongside them, the U.K economy is far from in a good situation at the moment so be aware that these spikes in the market may not stick around for too long.
I personally believe that there are a lot more issues due to arise in the U.K banking sector and that the problem has merely being covered up at the moment with the funds injection. I personally feel that within the coming months there could be further news of the banks over here being in serious trouble and that in turn could lead to major problems and weakness for Sterling.
If you are thinking of shifting your funds out of the U.K then feel free to get in contact with me on the links below and I will be more than happy to discuss the many options available to you for securing a great rate for your transfer.
