As usual I like to keep all of my clients up to date with market movements so here is an overview of what may affect the market in the next week or so.

There are a number of important releases due out this month as always and with Sterling starting off on a negative note which just goes to show it is imperative you catch the rate at the right time should any little spikes in the market occur.
Firstly – Consumer Confidence is released at 00:01 tonight and European retail sales data tomorrow morning, on Thursday we see Interest rate decisions both for the U.K and the Euro zone at 12:00pm and 12:45pm respectively – no rate changes are expected however all eyes will be fixed on what is mentioned regarding further Quantitative Easing or future economic policies as this could cause large volatility.
Friday brings house price data for the U.K and also a flurry of key unemployment data both for the U.S.A and for Canada so keep a close eye on these releases should you have a trade to do involving either of these two currencies.
